Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to Products purchased on www.zotayog.com website. We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, Cancellation requests shall be accepted if the process of shipping is not initiated. Customers can visit Order status link to check the shipment status of the Order. There is no cancellation allowed if the orders are shipped. Customers can email to support@zotayog.com for cancellation requests. If the cancellation request is authorised then the full amount will be refunded to customer within 14 working days. www.zotayog.com does not take any responsibility of a delay in refund due to the delays made by bank, calamities or national holidays.
